Richard Lindsay is the story of a passive english teacher unable to cope with the aftermath of a traumatic childhood event. One problem after another pushes Richard to his mental limits and ultimately entangles him in an escalating conflict with a narcissistic student.
Shooting was completed after two years of being in development. The film was shot on location in Cobourg, Port Hope, and Peterborough, Ontario with the help of a small dedicated crew and a group of talented local actors from the region.
The film is currently in the final stages of post-production with submissions to international festivals already taking place. Stay tuned for more information regarding the film’s international and Canadian premieres.
